The cottage, a typical Piedmontese residence from the early twentieth century, is independent on four sides and is surrounded by a flat garden of about 600m2. The location, in the Barbaso hamlet, is just a few minutes from the town center and is served by the bus with a stop a few meters away. The building, in its original state, is made up of a living area, arranged on two levels in addition to the attic, and the barn, which can be recovered for residential purposes. In front of the house there is a well. The connections are absent, but the area is served by electricity, water and natural gas.
