W-024R7D - A unique and suggestive fairytale context, an unexpected Sicily, a green valley crossed by a laughing stream where, between natural pools, enchanted paths and lush vegetation, 11 rural complexes, former water mills, dated between the fifteenth and the nineteenth century. The entire valley will be the subject of a visionary "ECOGREEN" redevelopment project where water and stone will be the dominant elements. The lucky owners will become part of a real "exclusive club" where they will be able to live an ancestral living experience in total balance with the surrounding nature but with five-star comfort. All 11 mills have different characteristics and textures, we can imagine them as unique and unrepeatable works of art and can be purchased either in a rustic state with an approved renovation project or with a turnkey formula. All homes will be able to take advantage of common services such as a riding school and an electric car park in sharing. The project also envisages the possibility of building a small golf course and a heliport. The purchase is also configured as an investment with very high profitability, in fact, thanks to an already active agreement, the mills, in periods of
inactivity, can be rented as an extension in the suite of the luxury resort "EREMO DELLA GIUBILIANA", a structure much appreciated by a foreign clientele of a high level.
Location: The “MILLS PARK” estate is located within a little-known protected nature reserve called "Cava della Misericordia" and located close to the baroque IBLA, a famous medieval city recognized as a UNESCO heritage site. Inside, rare fauna and flora biodiversity thrive. The valley has always been rich in water, which is why the first settlements can be traced back to prehistoric times, while the first canalization to power the mills is due to the Arabs. Subsequently, the site became an important commercial crossroads called "THE WAY OF THE MILLS”. Here all the territorial production of wheat flowed, which was then ground and transformed into flour. Today, the intuition of the architect SALVATORE MANCINI, who oversaw the design, will give new life to a magical and fruitful place.
