La villetta unifamiliare e’ situata nel cuore di Bosa Marina, nota località’ turistica che vanta una delle coste più’ belle della Sardegna, Italy.
A soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, la casa ha un ampio cortile che gira sui tre lati e porta all’ingresso del piano terra con un ampio soggiorno e caminetto, un banco colazione separa la cucina dalla zona pranzo. La cucina ha una accesso al cortile sul retro. Troviamo poi una camera con bagno ospiti.
Al piano primo troviamo una camera padronale con bagno e terrazzo, due camere ospiti con bagno in comune e 2 ampi balconi.

The town-house is located in the heart of Bosa Marina, a well-known tourist resort that boasts one of the most beautiful coasts in Sardinia, Italy.
Just a 3-minute walk from the beach, the house has a large courtyard that runs on three sides and leads to the ground floor entrance with a large living room and fireplace, a breakfast counter separates the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen has access to the back yard. We then find a bedroom with a guest bathroom. At the first floor we find a master bedroom with bathroom and terrace, two guest bedrooms with shared bathroom and 2 large balconies.
