REF 2083 Savignano Sul Rubicone, 1 km from the town, we sell a rustic farmhouse on two levels of large sizes. This is a listed historic building consisting of a main two storey building and a storage room attached to the main building.

On the main building only restoration and conservative rehabilitation is foreseen with change of intended use to residence also of the entire ground floor of the rooms currently used for services. It is not possible to change the dimensions of the building, the height, the location and the type of external openings, in essence the building must be restored externally as we see it today.
For the other service artifacts insistent on the court, being considered superfetation, demolition is envisaged without the possibility of recovery.
