The villa was built in 1841 by will by Guglielmo Sinigaglia, a member of one of the oldest and most influential families of the Jewish community of Correggio. In neoclassical style, it has a sober and compact volume, excluding the subsequent infilling of some windows, the Villa maintains its original structure intact, preserving numerous evidences of great interest.
Surface area of approximately 750 m2 divided into 4 levels:
- Ground floor with large and imposing double ramp entrance with two architraved Tuscan columns, which give life to a semicircular loggia; kitchen, dining room, living room, study, hallway, bathroom with window, cellar and closet.
- First floor hallway at night, bathroom with window, five large bedrooms decorated with numerous frescoes.
- Second floor with hallway and four further rooms .
-Third floor attic/attic area.
Finally, through a wooden staircase, you reach the panoramic roof terrace.
Inside the splendid park there is also a greenhouse as well as various relaxation areas and on the extreme south side it has been the cave/icehouse, a recurring element in country residences of the time, was brought to light.
