- Second floor: accessed via a staircase departing from the reading room on the first floor, the turret of the property is entirely occupied by a bedroom with bathroom and terrace.
The dependance (50 sqm – 528 sqft) is laid out onto two floors and located just next to the main country house.
STATE AND FINISHES
The property has been finely restored, preserving those typical traits of Tuscan country houses. On the outside we can see beautiful exposed stone walls, with the building surrounded by a terracotta and stone tiled walkway. On the inside, we can find a nice mix of parquet and terracotta tiles, disposed in geometric patterns, while roofs are supported by wooden beams. Finally, we can find some beautiful stone fireplaces and high-quality wooden fixtures.
EXTERIORS
On the outside the property is surrounded by 5 hectares of land, mainly covered in woods. Right around the building we can find a beautiful and well-maintained garden with a rectangular 15 x 8 m swimming pool fitted with a nice terracotta solarium. The pool grants a beautiful view over the surrounding nature.
The real gem of the property, however, is the synthetic tennis court located just below the pool, on a dedicated terrace, which grants the possibility to keep fit in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
Last but not least, the property comes with 200 olive trees which can easily be exploited to produce enough oil for a whole family.
