The building N°1 was built in 2000 and it features exposed stone walls, terracotta floor, parquet floor, stone fireplace and ceilings with wooden beams.
The building N°2 dates back to the 1960s instead (though it was partially reworked in the 1980s) and needs a few modernizations on the inside. The roof is in good conditions.

EXTERIORS
The property includes approximately 4,000 sqm of land, of which 1,000 sqm of garden. The property has no other houses in the vicinity, granting an excellent degree of privacy.
