DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The villa (200 sqm – 2,152 sqft, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is on two floors, both accessible directly from the outside. On the lower floor one enters through a large window that opens onto a bright living room with dining area and kitchen. Continuing inside the house, one goes to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms (all with exit to the outdoor terrace) with private bathrooms. At the back, a door leads to the technical room where the villa's systems are located.
Going up to the second floor, one comes to a large living room with exit to the upper terrace that runs around the building. This very bright room is then connected to the fourth bedroom and bathroom located immediately at the top of the stairs.

A convenient garage (30 sqm – 323 sqft) is located along the street and allows you to conveniently shelter your car. A staircase at the exit then leads to the villa.

EXTERIORS
The villa, set in a panoramic position in the upper part of Punta Ala, has about 1,880-sqm (0.5 ac) parkland covered all around the building by a terracotta-paved terrace overlooking the sea. At the back of the building, climbing a small wooden staircase leads to the whirlwind tub with wooden solarium and shower.
On the lower level of the villa there is also a barbecue area with a spacious canopy placed right at the exit of the kitchen, thus ideal as an outdoor dining area on hot summer days.
The garden and the villa in general are surrounded by trees and shrubs typical of the Mediterranean scrub that shelter the property from view and shield it from prying eyes, providing excellent privacy.
