In a hilly and panoramic position a short distance from Montalcino, in the Tuscan countryside, 43.2-hectare estate with farmhouse and outbuilding, currently managed as an agritourism.
Easily reached via the municipal road system, the agritourism is located not far from a able to offer all the services (4km; 5') and allows you to move easily throughout Tuscany thanks to its central position in the region.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The main farmhouse (400 m2, 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is structured on two floors and houses four apartments:
- Main apartment: dining room with original eighteenth-century fireplace, two double bedrooms, bathroom with tub and master bedroom.
- Apartment N°1: living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom double;
- Apartment N°2: kitchen with dining room, sitting room, bathroom with shower, utility room and two double bedrooms;
- Apartment N°3: dining room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and double bedroom.

A manufacture The annex (140 m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) houses a relaxation room for guests of the farmhouse with a splendid panoramic terrace, the business reception, a bathroom and a laundry room. Finally, another apartment completes the building:
- Apartment N°4: living room with dining room, equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

HISTORY, CONDITION AND FINISHES
The property is mentioned for the first time in a thirteenth century document which mentions a farm located in the exact place of today's agritourism. With the fall of the Sienese Republic in 1559, the farm, together with a large part of the surrounding area, ended up at auction and was bought by a noble Sienese family. In the following years the property was enlarged, with the last works probably completed in 1760 given the date engraved on one of the load-bearing walls.
During the restoration work it was discovered that in the Renaissance period where the annex is located today there must have been brick making workshop. During the excavations for the basement garage many original bricks of the time came to light which, once cleaned, were used in the construction of the external paving of the property.

EXTERIORS
The estate consists of 43.2 hectares of land , mainly used for the cultivation of cereals (41.7 ha). The remaining surface is divided between olive groves (1.3 ha) and woodland with tall trees (0.2 ha).--b4c8c024b4efa20581f2c2133a35061e!
