The farmhouse A (180 sqm – 1,937 sqft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) was built on the remains of a 13th-century tower and is laid over two floors:
- Ground floor: kitchen, living room and bathroom;
- First floor: two bedrooms and bathroom.
