DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING
The farmhouse (165 sqm – 1,775 sqft) is laid over two floors organized as follows:
- Ground floor: two rooms, previously used respectively as stable and cellar;
- First floor (reached via an external staircase): landing, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. From the landing one can enter the habitable loft where a third bedroom could be built.
The building needs recovery and renovation, both inside and outside, but all the typical features of the rustic house are still visible and can easily be preserved.

The farmhouse boasts 400 sqm of land which can be used to landscape a garden.
