A house built in CLASS A4 represents the solution that allows you to obtain multiple advantages; in fact, the use of high-performance materials and technological systems that exploit energy from renewable sources are the basis of the innovation that represent a guarantee of results. The complex will be built on lots of land located in Formello (RM) with the main entrance from via del Praticello. The real estate units are completely independent of each other and accessible via a common private road which will have a main entrance from via del Praticello and a secondary entrance from via di Battiferro.
The inclusion of the buildings in the context was conceived in respect of the morphology of the place, thus following the natural course of the land, in order to minimize variations in the current
land. Composed of four "single-family" type buildings and three "two-family" type buildings, for a total of 10 real estate units.
Each housing unit was designed to be served by two entrances connected to the opposite common entrance square: the first – suitable for vehicles – leads to a parking area covered by a pergola; the second, pedestrian, through a special driveway, leads directly to the entrance of the house.

The entire living area is characterized by large full-height windows that make the villa modern and at the same time create an immediate connection with the surrounding nature.
For all types of buildings, parking spaces are created covered by a shading structure integrated into the house, the flooring is made, in some parts, with concrete-type self-locking elements. In addition to the parking spaces created inside the private gardens which vary from 700m2 to 950m2. The external area is equipped with a series of parking spaces that complete the accommodation capacity of the entire building, expanding the ancillary services. It will be built a home automation electrical system in order to allow the use of devices useful for managing, even remotely, the automation of home systems.
