This historic and classic farmhouse, dating back to the 1800s, is situated on the edge of Borgo Ticino, surrounded by nature. The farmhouse enjoys full southern exposure, bathing almost every room on the three floors in warming sunlight. On the ground floor is a generous living room with a working fireplace and opening onto the patio, a kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Completing the floor is a recently renovated room with elegant parquet flooring and a brick vaulted ceiling. Moving up to the first floor we find three bedrooms, one containing a delightful antique terracotta stove that takes pride of place in the room. Two of the rooms benefit from an opening onto the balcony, from which one can descend to the garden. On the second floor, we find an apartment with a large bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette. The balcony on this floor leads directly to the garden via an external staircase.
The garden of the house is planted with various flowering plants and fruit trees including figs, blueberries, currants, persimmons, apples and kiwis. A true oasis of greenery surrounds this farmhouse with a plot of more than 10,000 square metres.
