Located a short distance from Loro Ciuffenna (3km; 5’), a town capable of offering all the services, the farmhouse is easily reached and allows visiting several centres of central Tuscany: San Giovanni Valdarno (14km; 25’), Arezzo (32km; 45’), Firenze (53km; 55’), Siena (62km; 1h 15’) and Pienza (84km; 1h 15’).
The most useful airports are Firenze Peretola (73km; 55’), Perugia Sant’Egidio (128km; 1h 35’), Pisa Galilei (134km; 1h 35’), Bologna Marconi (154km; 1h 45’), Roma Ciampino (255km; 2h 35’) and Roma Fiumicino (270km; 2h 40’).

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
The country house (300 sqm – 3,228 sqft) has been restored in the 1980s and is laid out onto two floors:
- Ground floor: two cellar rooms, wood storage and boiler room;
- First floor: entrance hall, living room with fireplace and door to the veranda, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom;
- Second floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom.

An annex (50 sqm – 538 sqft) hosts a small dependance with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

EXTERIORS
The country house has 5 hectares of land, partially used as a garden (around the building). The remaining surface is covered in olive trees in production. Each year one can produce up to 9 quintals of oil (approx. 1,000 liters).
