Nature and tranquility are the two key words to describe the location of the independent villa that I am going to tell you about.
We are in Tiglieto, a municipality that is part of the Beigua Park area, a geopark protected by UNESCO.
On the main road of Tiglieto, Via Valcalda , a slightly downhill road leads us to the villa on two floors with a large garden and garage, which we offer for sale.
Protected by the gate we enter the beautiful garden of approximately 1600 m2, cultivated with love by the owners.
We enter on the ground floor of the house from the dining area with lounge, or directly from the kitchenette, through the French windows which give brightness to the room, to continue towards the bedrooms, one double, and the bathroom with shower.
The upper floor is accessed from the external staircase, even if there is an internal staircase which is now not used, it is attic but livable.
Upon entering we find ourselves directly in the living room, with an open kitchenette on the right.
Here too there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub.
Under the house there is the garage.
A harmonious and immediately habitable whole, but structural work is planned, such as the roof and windows, which will begin in March.
Independent heating equipped with functioning solar panels and wood stove.
The attraction of Tiglieto is the Badia.
Founded in 1120, it was the first Cistercian abbey built outside of French territory. The Romanesque complex is made up of the church, the convent and the refectory on three sides of the cloister, delimited on the fourth side by the spaces intended for agricultural use. In the Middle Ages, the "friars of Cîteaux" also played an important role in development here cultural and economic, traces of which are still visible in the lands of the plain. The Abbey has recently been restored.--ca779c6cd75e326ed4ec3068bfb88beb!
