MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO - Close to the center and adjacent to the Spinale ski lifts, the building has a convenient parking area. On the ground floor, there is the room/tavern with private bathroom. It can be used as a comfortable hobby room or an annex in combination with more important and large-sized properties in the same building or in neighboring buildings. Alternatively it can become the tavern where you can meet up with friends and enjoy some relaxing time. Similar rooms were also used for a private wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and relaxation area.
Madonna di Campiglio is a tourist resort nestled in a basin between the Brenta Dolomites Group and the Adamello and Presanella Glaciers, at an altitude of 1550 meters. Today it is certainly one of the most important ski destinations in the entire Alpine Arc. Thanks to the connection with the slopes of Pinzolo, Folgarida and Marilleva, the ski area boasts 150 km of slopes for alpine skiing and 50,000 square meters of snow park; practicable starting from the inhabited center and returning to it without the need to take off the skis. In the summer season it is possible to make numerous excursions of all levels of difficulty, thanks to the 450 km of paths immersed in the Adamello Brenta Park, which can be covered on foot or by mountain bike; trips organized by the Alpine Guides, mountaineering activities or sport fishing in the river or in the small lake in the heart of the centre. However, there is no shortage of indoor activities, the new gym in the Palù area has soccer fields, volleyball, basketball, tennis, handball and it is possible to practice climbing on the artificial gym and bouldering.
