New construction Apartments in Buccinasco

In Buccinasco, a municipality in the narrow circle of Milan, in the very central area, next to the municipality, schools and a police headquarters ASEA Consorzio Cooperativo will soon build a new residential settlement in a cooperative.
This settlement will redevelop the industrial area ex Cabel with the construction of 100 lodgings in five buildings of 5 floors each with high technology and respect for the environment.
The five buildings include a ground floor intended for garages and cellars, a first floor with lodgings with private gardens, intermediate floors with large terraces and a top floor, the fifth, characterized by large outdoor spaces. Uncovered parking spaces will be created within the common area.

Members will be able to customize their accommodation during construction by making distribution variations (subject to technical verification) and choosing the materials for the finishes.
There are two phases:
1) Upon expression of interest, payment of € 5,000.00 is requested to the account of the ZNR Notai Notary Office with headquarters in Milan, Metastasio No. 5; these sums will be unavailable to the cooperative until the building permit is issued.
2) Once the percentage of members sufficient to guarantee the sustainability of the initiative has been reached, a Booking Option will be signed in Notarial form with the proposal for booking and regulation; this deed will be registered for the protection of the shareholders.
Buccinasco, Municipality in the first circle of the Milanese hinterland, although it has had a considerable demographic expansion in recent decades, still remains a place where it is still possible to live in contact with the city/nature.
