In the historic centre, we offer for sale a historic building dating back to 1600 on 5 floors with an exclusive internal courtyard.

The entrance, from Via Zanardelli, is characterized by a large door, from which you access a large internal courtyard area. We also find a portico area, used as covered parking spaces, and the panoramic terrace overlooking the Desenzani Park.
From the internal courtyard, thanks to some stairs that allow us to go down one level, we reach the two basement floors of the building which overlook the Desenzani Park side. Currently we find empty rooms used as storage rooms, cellars and cottages; they were previously used for the old silk factory which was located inside the structure. Both floors are embellished with barrel and cross vaulted ceilings which are still in excellent condition. From the basement rooms, along a long paved slide, we find the external garden of the property intended for greenery with some fruit plants and with the presence of a small building used as a woodshed.

The residential part of the Palace is spread over three floors. On the ground floor we can access it both from the internal courtyard and directly from Via Zanardelli with a pedestrian entrance. The first rooms we find upon entering from the pedestrian entrance overlooking the one-way street are the living room, the kitchen and a study. Continuing towards the Park side, we find the internal stairs that lead to the upper floors, a splendid living room enriched with a cross-vaulted ceiling with a door overlooking the internal courtyard, a double bedroom, a study with windows facing the garden property and the Park, a service bathroom and a storage room.
Following the internal stairs, we arrive at the second floor where it is divided into two parts, namely a sleeping area and a rustic. The sleeping area is made up of 5 very spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and the internal corridor where the various bedrooms are located. The rustico, on the other hand, is a huge space divided into 4 parts where silk processing was once carried out. These spaces of the rustico are the last floor available for this part of the building, where we find a roof with a wooden structure and terracotta tiles.
Continuing with the internal stairs, we arrive at the top floor, where we find a habitable attic with a height of 3.40m with a roof with a wooden structure and terracotta tiles.
