DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ESTATE
Tenuta Alchimia is a perfect example of ancient Apulian architecture, a magical place where the splendour of the trulli and lamie blends perfectly with unspoilt nature made up of expanses of red earth, majestic olive trees and mighty oaks.
The structure houses two beautiful, completely independent trulli, each with its own bedroom and bathroom. In front of the trulli, a few steps between dry-stone walls lead to the threshing floor surrounded by a suggestive stone amphitheatre and served by dedicated toilets (with a surface area of about 7 square metres), while next door is an old lamia finely renovated with natural materials and star vaulted stone, with a large room used as a restaurant and equipped with a comfortable bathroom. The back leads to the professionally equipped kitchen and oven, the area is wonderfully equipped with an outdoor veranda and covers a total area of approximately 157 square metres.
A walkway leads to the rear of the trulli and down to the basement. Here the structure captivates with its exposed stonework leading into a large windowed and lit living room, equipped with services and a living fireplace in the alcove with a total area of 106 square metres.
