The small castle of San Valentino, located a few km from Spoleto and in a dominant position guarding the Nera river, is a place where time has stopped.
It jealously preserves the ancient flavor of traditions not entirely lost here and hides from the eyes the alleys and walls that have remained unchanged over the centuries are of the world.
At the entrance to the town, right next to the church from which the village takes its name, stands a large stone colonial house. On the second floor of the latter, with an independent entrance, an apartment is offered for sale, finely renovated in 2012.
two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a large living area, ceilings with exposed beams, antique brick floors, terracotta stairs and the possibility of completely lofting the entire apartment.
Wonderful view of the Nera valley and the possibility of integrating the property with a large cellar.
The property underwent a significant static consolidation around 2010.--21b1ac153cb5e961278a1f6aa26ae803!
