The house is located in the San Carlo hamlet of Villa San Secondo, a few steps from Callianetto. The portion of the farmhouse is on two levels. The ground floor is made up of the living area and the first floor is made up of the sleeping area. The small door opens onto the entrance, with direct access to the regular-sized living room and is embellished by the wood-burning fireplace. The dining room and the kitchenette are rectangular and easily furnished. The sleeping area, accessible via an internal stone staircase, consists of three bedrooms, two of which are large. On the second floor there is a bathroom with tub renovated in the 90s. The fixtures and fittings are original. The flooring on the ground floor is original from the 60s while the first floor was revised in the 90s. The heating is natural gas with convectors and there is also a pellet stove. On the ground floor there are two other rooms: a tavern, which is connected to the room, and a large cellar with a classic barrel ceiling and exposed brick. The external courtyard is shared with the other houses which can be purchased at a higher price.
