BOERO is a Social Housing initiative located in the center of the Genoa Molassana district, in the city hinterland, the subject of a reconversion plan in recent years which has included, in addition to new residences, an urban park, a supermarket and meeting spaces, including an auditorium and a library and a kindergarten.

The intervention is made up of four NEW CONSTRUCTION READY FOR DELIVERY buildings organized around green areas. The apartments are of different sizes and types: they include studios, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments, all equipped with a balcony or terrace, partly overlooking the internal garden and partly overlooking the new road network. On the ground floor there are areas for storing bicycles.

With a view to greater sustainability and energy saving, the apartments are in energy class A4. The heating system (underfloor) and hot water production are centralized. Photovoltaic system and solar panels. Furthermore, each apartment is prepared for a future installation of the cooling system. The buildings are also equipped with a rainwater recovery system.
