Via Superiore Geminiano 43-43a, we are in a side street of the main road, Via alla Chiesa di Geminiano which connects the Bolzaneto district with the green hill of Geminiano. Just before taking the side street, on the main road we find the stop for the supplementary line 270 bus. The house can be reached via the municipal road with NON-vehicular access, starting from the Church of Geminano and going down for about 250 meters via the mule track.
Once we reach the property for sale we find approximately 2500 m2 of planted and cultivable land. Here stands a semi-detached house, now made up of two joinable apartments, developed on two floors. On the ground floor we find two spacious cellars and access to the first apartment. of six rooms, consisting of a kitchen on the ground floor and a living room. Going up the internal staircase you reach the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms. The small bathroom completes the house. Access to the walkable attic is via a ceiling hatch.
