Country house, to be refurbished, 700 m², Torre Bormida

In the municipality of Torre Bormida, close to the small town of Cortemilia and overlooking the valley of the river Bormida, a large traditional stone farmhouse in need of complete restoration set on a 20.000 sq meter plot of terraced land.
