At an altitude of 600 meters above sea level in the High Langhe hills, a single agricultural plot of land measuring 10 hectares (close to 25 acres) with a sizable stone ruin on the grounds.
The land consists almost entirely of meadows, pasture and arable land and is thus suitable for a whole range of different cultivations.
It is well suited for a vineyard of the Alta Langa grape varieties considering that it satisfies all the requisites dictated by this sparkling wine’s production guidelines.
It is also possible to use the land for a hazel plantation.
The area is uncontaminated and can be used for organic and biodynamic farming.
The ruin present on the grounds offers ample potential floor space (about 800 square meters), set in a commanding and tranquil location and thus well suited as a seat of a hospitality business. It needs to be stressed that an access road and connections to water and electricity mains need to be realized. A rare property on account of it being in a single plot of considerable size.
