In the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Genova Brignole station and metro, we rent a very bright 60 m² two-room apartment on the 18th floor of the prestigious Residenza della Corte Lambruschini, equipped with two lifts and a concierge service.
The view onto Viale Emanuele Filiberto and the large windows of the rooms allow you to enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the city. The location is strategic, in fact it is located in the immediate vicinity of Piazza della Vittoria and Via XX Settembre which allows you to reach Piazza De Ferrari and Palazzo Ducale in 15/20 minutes on foot. The area is highly residential and full of services, numerous bus lines and multiple shops, restaurants, supermarkets.
The apartment is equipped with a video intercom and consists of an entrance onto a large living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge without freezer and induction hob, a hallway that separates the living area from the double bedroom and the bathroom without window with bidet and bathtub with integrated shower. The floor is parquet and the built-in wardrobe. Heating and air conditioning are centralized and there is also a centralized air exchange system.
Sheets, blankets and towels are provided for each bed. Various kitchen utensils, an iron and a hairdryer with diffuser are also available.
Pets are not allowed and smoking or organizing parties/events is not permitted.
On request, possibility of a covered parking space on site included in the price.
The accommodation accommodates 2 people (double bed) plus an adult or maximum two children (sofa bed).
