It’s enough to move just a few hundred meters from the center of the town of Dogliani to be surrounded by the serenity and scents of the Langhe countryside.

Given the property’s considerable size, it is particularly suitable for transformation into a small B&B or agritourism-type hospitality business to welcome the ever more numerous visitors attracted to the Langhe wine country that has quite recently become a UNESCO heritage landscape. Besides its proximity to the Langhe’s main wine-making and culinary spots, the location is conveniently close to the Riviera and the ski resorts of the Maritime Alps, allowing easy daytrips to any of these destinations.
