WE HAVE BEEN SELLING AND RENT HOUSES IN TRIESTE FOR OVER 30 YEARS - After an internship at a Trieste construction company, the Calcara Real Estate Agency was born in 1992, founded by the owner Giorgio Calcara, in a small office in via Palestrina. In 1995, with the entry into the company of his wife Barbara Gerdina, also a real estate agent, the agency began to grow, dealing not only with sales but also with rentals.
With the purchase, in 2005, of the current headquarters in via Nordio 3/ in Trieste, the agency assumes a fundamental role for customers looking for a house to buy or rent; the careful preparation of our employees and our agents, the constant presence on all advertising media, the professionalism and experience acquired over the years; all of this guarantees our clients estimates and evaluations at market values ​​to make the most of each assignment received. In addition to leases and sales, we also deal with property management on behalf of the owners (rent collection, drafting and electronic registration of contracts, renewals and cancellations, participation in condominium meetings, small and large maintenance interventions inside the buildings) in order to make the most of the real estate investment made.
With the opening of the Austrian branch in Villach in Lederergasse 12 in 2006, it became one of the most active local entrepreneurial realities on the regional and Austrian market, able to directly offer Austrian properties to Italian customers and Italian properties to Austrian customers. Thanks to our direct presence on the Austrian territory for over 15 years and thanks to the collaborations consolidated over the years with the most important Austrian real estate agencies, we are able to involve the whole of North-Eastern Europe in sales or rentals
In 2017, his daughter Anna Calcara joined the company, who deals with accounting and appointment management and at the same time graduated in Economics in real estate company management.
in 2021 his son Alberto Calcara joined the company who will take care of marketing and development.
