Casaba's story begins with its founder, Cassiano Sabatini, among the most accredited professionals in the Italian and international real estate buying and selling industry. Born in Monte Argentario, among the most beautiful and fascinating places in the world, he began freelancing at a very young age, starting a first brokerage business and an accounting management firm in his early 20s. His calling was clear from the start: matching the right person with the right home!

In 1994 he joined a top national network: it is during this period of his life that Sabatini grows and refines his skills by training with top professionals. His continued success led him to gain acclaim and appreciation from clients so much so that, in order to meet an ever-growing demand, he opened 4 agencies covering the entire Maremma area.

In 2001 comes a new challenge and Sabatini accepts it: to start a pilot project related to the future franchise development of the most important national luxury brand. This time, too, is a victory for him. In 2009 he participates as a co-founder in the birth and development in Italy of one of the most important international real estate brands, of which he assumes the vice-presidency and the direction of the luxury sector until 2022.

Passionate about his work, determined and flexible, but above all a profound connoisseur of issues related to the negotiation and psychology of buying real estate, Sabatini, thanks to his honesty and professionalism, today has more than 2,000 properties sold in more than 30 years of activity.
