Project which involves the construction of a residential building consisting of 15 exclusive apartments with garage and large communal garden. The new structure presents a linear architecture with a modern and captivating design thanks to the study of expert designers, who have been able to create efficient and functional homes. The housing units all have a balcony or terrace and some have two bathrooms. The design choices include the use of latest generation home automation technology and plant systems aimed at sustainability thanks to a photovoltaic system for energy production; controlled mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and introduction of new, purified air, water softener and finally underfloor heating and cooling.
