Splendid, welcoming, very special enveloping, are some of the adjectives that can describe the result of this conservative recovery of a former late eighteenth-century yarn factory, close to the historic center of San Benigno Canavese. Adorned with valuable details and of a certain historical importance, the apartment, which is arranged on two levels, consists of a comfortable entrance (wardrobe area, computer corner), a first toilet with shower and space for laundry, which are anteroom of the large living room with kitchenette, overlooking a large and sunny terrace where you can spend pleasant convivial moments. The second level, connected by an internal staircase, has two bedrooms and a further complete bathroom with bathtub. The main room, occupying the highest part of the entire complex, almost forming a small tower, has a really pleasant view of the very close park and in the distance the Basilica of Superga; but the highlight are certainly the exposed oak beams that adorn the entire ceiling, which can also be partly lofted (not for residential purposes): a very attractive place indeed. The other bedroom is smaller in size, but can also be furnished "vertically" given the height of almost five meters at the top; this overlooks a pleasant balcony. The house is equipped with a large garage above ground which also serves as a cellar.
