Beautifull detached villa in Carugo residential area, built at the end of the 70's using high level materials and extreme attention in finishes and details. The design was assisted by arch. Bizzozzero. The villa has a one large living room where the areas are divided only by small elevations. In the center of the room there is a modern fireplace that goes down from the ceiling and looks into the mezzanine where the night zone insist. You can access the dining area from the living room, that is embellished by Le Corbusier crystal table. The kitchen is separate. Throughout the house you can enjoy objects, lamps and designer furniture, timeless icons, even published in decorative magazines. The sleeping area includes a double suite with wardrobe room and solid wood wardrobe, master bathroom with masonry tub shower. There are also another double bedroom with its own bathroom and an open space attic with two separate bedrooms with movable walls and a large bathroom. In the basement, we find the guest room with a bathroom, a laundry room, a large storage room and a spacious tavern with kitchen. From the tavern you can go to the cellar with barrel ceiling in original Lombard cotto and specially designed for the preservation of wine and cured meat. The property is completed by an automated box with space for at least four cars, planted garden where it is possible to build a swimming pool, covered areas for better use of the outside space surrounding the villa with direct access to the various premises. Roof coverings are original pieces recovered from an old Pavese countryside cottage, while, inside the cover is all in wood panels. For safety, despite the quiet area, there is a floor separable volumetric and bottom windows allarm.
